  3. For the glass bottle, you need to put the sample in the bubble wrap, make sure all the bottle’s lids are secured tightly.
  4. For the big glass amber bottle, like the small glass bottle, you need to wrap them separately with the bubble wrap before putting it in the plastic bag.
  5. When you finish the box packing, take the time to verify the information.
  6. Fold the extra bubble wrap on top on the samples. The bottles and samples must not be moving during the transport.
  7. Put dry ice or gel refrigerants between and on top of your samples.
  8. For more precaution double the recommended bag, the stable temperature is very important (1°C to 4°C ).
  9. Do not use ice packs, from our experience, the temperature will raise and the product will be returned without being processed.
  10. In summer, put double layer, in winter put a simple row.
  11. Tape the box carefully and place the security seal.
  12. Do not forget to write your complete address of return and  write FOODS SAMPLES on the box.
